Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Na Xu, trading as Relda Meta, a sole trader based in New Zealand, who operates Kru AI. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.
1. What Kru AI is
Kru AI is an AI-powered Muay Thai coaching application. It analyses technique from video you upload, generates training plans, teaches a structured curriculum, and provides a coach chat that remembers your history.
Every analysis, plan and reply is generated by an AI model. It is not written or reviewed by a human coach before you see it, and it can be wrong, incomplete, or confidently mistaken about what your footage shows.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly at listmyjob.co.nz@gmail.com if you think someone else has access to it.
3. Not medical advice — read this one
Kru AI is not a medical provider, and nothing it produces is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It is coaching guidance from a software model.
- Muay Thai is a combat sport carrying a real risk of injury, including serious and permanent injury. You take that risk on yourself.
- Get medical clearance before starting or resuming training, especially after an injury, illness or a long layoff.
- If you tell us about an injury, the coach will try to train around it. That is not a clinical judgement and must not replace one. If something hurts, stop and see a professional.
- Never rely on Kru AI in an emergency. Call your local emergency number.
4. Your content
Your videos and everything you write stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you — which includes the AI processing described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train our own models, and we do not publish it.
By uploading, you confirm that:
- you have the right to upload it;
- everyone visible in it has agreed to be filmed and to your uploading it, and none of them is under 16; and
- it is not unlawful, abusive, or someone else’s copyrighted footage.
5. Acceptable use
Do not:
- break the law with it, or use it to harm or harass anyone;
- attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the service;
- share your account, or resell access to it; or
- automate access beyond normal personal use.
We may suspend or close accounts that do these things.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Kru AI has a free tier. Kru AI Pro is available at:
- $14.99 USD per month, or
- $119.99 USD per year.
Prices are in United States dollars. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee, which we do not receive and cannot control.
If you have not subscribed before, your first subscription starts with a free trial of 7 days. We collect your card at checkout but do not charge it during the trial. When the trial ends, the subscription automatically becomes paid at the price above unless you cancel before then. Cancelling during the trial costs you nothing. The trial is offered once per account.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel any time from your subscription settings; you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are processed by Stripe.
7. Refunds
If Kru AI is not what you expected, email listmyjob.co.nz@gmail.com within 14 days of your payment and we will refund it in full.
This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, which we cannot and do not exclude. If you are a consumer in New Zealand, those rights apply regardless of anything in these terms.
8. Availability
We aim to keep Kru AI running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It depends on third-party services that can fail. Features may change, and we may discontinue parts of the service — if we discontinue a paid feature, we will refund the unused portion of your subscription.
9. Ending your account
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close your account if you breach these terms; where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Kru AI is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 if you are a consumer, and nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
If you use Kru AI for business purposes, the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply and the limits above apply in full.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will tell existing users before they take effect. Continuing to use Kru AI after that means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you may cancel and delete your account.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and the New Zealand courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
